I hereby authorize Visioncast to act on our behalf for the application process of the e-commerce grant. Visioncast will be responsible for creating and submitting all necessary information required to meet eligibility for the grant. Visioncast agrees to submit the required information within 3 business days from the signing and completion of this agreement.

I hereby agree to forward total grant funding for services to Visioncast no longer than 3 business days after receiving. Visioncast agrees to complete the e-commerce project within the proposed time period. The project will not commence unless agreed to by both parties.
